Description:
With unique Latin rhythms like the Tango, the Journey to Aconcagua is fiery and intense love letter to South America’s highest peak. It includes the chicharra (a sound which imitates the sound of crickets) and the látigo (a sound which imitates the sound of a gaucho whip). Written for String Orchestra and piano with optional percussion, this work takes you on an emotional and exciting journey.
