Empire Queen: The Golden Age of Magic now available on Prime Video!

Dear Friends,

It gives me great joy to announce that Empire Queen: The Golden Age of Magic is NOW AVAILABLE on PRIME VIDEO. 

If you're a fan of movies like The Princess Bride, Harry Potter, and Dungeons & Dragons...then Empire Queen is the film for you!

First, I'd like to thank directors Chris Dane Owens and Jason Schulz for having me be a part of the Empire Queen team as the composer. We all worked so closely on the score and I'm incredibly proud of our collaboration. We are family now and as a proud EQ family member, I'm just so happy to see this film out in the world. 

A little bit about the score: It's a fully symphonic score with big, bold themes and choir. We have themes for each of our main characters, an adventure "trekking" theme that you'll discover during the Main Titles sequence, and a theme for our villains. We recorded the score in various locations including Budapest, Portland, Maine, and here in Los Angeles. 

I'd also like to give a HUGE shout out to my amazing music team at DogSmile Music who helped me with the score including Chris Harris (additional music), Tristan Hoff (additional music), Cara Batema (orchestrator/music copyist), Damon Tedesco (score mixer), Daniel Teodoro (proofreader), and Bruce Kiesling (conductor). I'd also like to thank Balint Sapszon and the wonderful orchestral musicians of Budapest Scoring for sharing their musical talents as well as Dr. Nicolás Alberto Dosman and the USM Chamber Singers from Portland for sharing their magical voices which added such sparkle to the soundtrack.

Speaking of soundtracks, we are also working on getting the soundtrack released by March 1st through MovieScore Media, a wonderful champion of film music and composers. MovieScore Media has released several of my soundtracks including The Sound of Identity. I will share when the Empire Queen soundtrack becomes available.
